When you get hungry and you decide that dining out is your best bet that night … where do you look for your restaurants?
Do you use Google Places? Perhaps you use OpenTable? Maybe you even browse using a smartphone app that finds restaurants.
Here’s the pitfall: can you actually view the complete menu of these restaurants? Can you look at pictures of the menu items? Can you place on online order for delivery or carryout (most of the time you can’t using a simple app)? Are you faced with reading tons of text that just merely describes the food and ambiance, as opposed to offering visual stimulation so you know what you are in for?
